Day 2: Tuesday 6th July 2021

9.00 to 9.30

Yoga for Anxiety with Terri Sinden

This session will be held on Zoom.

Click here to register for this session.

A few simple techniques to slow the momentum of thoughts using internal and external focal points. Meditation isn't 'clearing the mind', it's more about learning how to tame it. A short and easy to remember meditation: an 'embodied check-in' to establish your mental, physical and energetic baseline, followed by a solar plexus focussed Vinyasa flow aiming to ease the physical sensations anxiety can cause. Equipment needed: something to sit on; a pillow or blanket, a yoga mat or towel.
