Please note the following points in relation to our use of Zoom for this online conference.

• We will be making recordings of some of the conference sessions. You will be informed at the start of each session that it is being recorded.

• For reasons of consent, we will only record the lecture/panel part of each session and not the Q&A. To avoid accidentally appearing on the recording, please keep your microphone and camera turned off until the interactive part of each session.

• Recordings will only be shared with those registered for the conference who weren’t able to attend at the time.

• We will only keep the recordings for 2 months after the conference, then they will be deleted.

• The meeting chat box will not be included in the recording or saved.

• If you are concerned about the security of Zoom, the Ada Lovelace Institute has some helpful guidance about the use of Zoom which we have used in our choice of online platform. In terms of privacy, it is advisable to access meetings via your web browser rather than downloading the app onto your device.
